Our Coaching services can help you move from where you are now to where you want to be more quickly and effectively that if you worked alone.  Simply, it is a goal centred forward moving process which maximises your potential so that you will perform at your best.

Coaching using powerful questioning skills enables you to have a clear picture of the outcome you desire, firstly to identify what is going right for you at present and then look to see what barriers are in the your way of your goal and the most effective and sustainable ways to move forward.

Personal Coaching Sessions

Typically the service we provides involves one to one coaching course consisting of two hours of coaching each month lasting between 30 and 45 minutes, these are often on a weekly / fortnightly basis. 

The sessions can be conversational coaching sessions or a more structured session in a 1:1 workshop style approach if that is best suited for the session.  

Regular clients may opt for a combination of the both approaches.
