What to expect
All sessions begin with coffee and biscuits and a warm welcome.
We run 'talk' sessions where you are welcome to come along for coffee (or tea) and have a chat with others. Its very informal and there is no set agenda.
These sessions are for people who are ready to move on and may not have a specific goal or who want to move things along at a slower pace.
These have a specific topic and will help you identify actions that will help you move forward.
Ideal if you have a specific goal in mind and you are working towards a deadline or if you prefer to work 1:1 with a coach.
